Location

Centre for Biospectroscopy and Data Modelling is located at Ås, 35 km south of Oslo.
Cigene, Matforsk and the Norwegian University of Life Science (UMB) are all partners in Centre for Biospectroscopy and Data Modelling. They are located close to each other.

Arrival by car
Take E6 to Ås. Turn off E6 to road 152, signposted Ås. Follow the signpost to Ås. At the third crossroads, turn left. You can see Matforsks building at the crossroads.

Arrival by train
Every hour trains leave from Oslo towards Ås. The trip takes about 30 minutes. Matforsk, Cigene and UMB is approximately 4 km from Ås centre towards Drøbak. See time and price at NSBs' homepage.
Bus 906 to 'Dyrløkke' or 'Drøbak' leaves from Ås station towards UMB and Matforsk twice every hour. Travel time is 3-5 minutes.

From Oslo Airport Gardermoen
The bus "Flybussekspressen" towards Fredrikstad stops at Ås. Korsegården is the name of the bus stop, and it's the first bus stop after Gardermoen. The journey takes about 1 hour. It's approximately 400 meters from Korsegården to Matforsk, and approximately 700 meters to Cigene and UMB following road 152 towards Ås. See timetable at Flybussekspressen's homepage.
