Activities


As implied by the title ‘Centre for Biospectroscopy and Data modelling’ the main activities of the centre concern biospectroscopy and data analysis related to biospectroscopy. The biospectroscopic methods range from spectrophotometric techniques (FTIR, NIR, Vis., UV, Raman, Flourescence) to MS (e.g. Maldi-tof) and NMR.

In addition, other important data modelling activities have been included related to 2D-electrophoresis, chromatography, micro-array technology and sensory science, due to their strong methodological relationship to data modelling in biospectroscopy.
